Sorry I disappeared

I have been sick with pnemonia. Ugh. Halloween is a week away and I am 100% ready. I have my alter taken apart and keeping with what has worked for years. Using my home as my alter, it my not be tradional but it works for me. The other day I was at a garden nursey and they were selling the cutest pentegram wreaths for the front door. Loved it had to buy one and then hubby surprised me by buying me a broom pen. LOL

Hopefully now I will be feeling better cause it is suppose to rain off and on, on Halloween. Which would not be good for me to walk around sick as a dog in the rain and end up in the hospital.

Altar ramblings

I am planning on spending some time next week really setting up my 1st real altar, right now it looks very sad with an indian blanket as its cover. Ever since I started down this path I have not been able to have space to set up exculsively for an altar and I am at a loss though on how to arrange one or how to use one. We have a little witch pen that sits on my desk I use her to guide my hands. I have an oil burner in my living room that I light allowing my intentions to flood my home a different oil for each major task we undertake. Two special goddess candles that I found tarnished and clearenced out at the mall. She deserved so much more but they stand gathering dust at the top of my bookcase.And lastly an antheme that again we found in a clearence bin at the local auction, her stones were missing from her sheath and she was smudged with dirt. I took her home and gave her some much needed love. Each item spreads their way around my home never having a home of their own. I really want to give them that special place but am at a loss as to how.

Maybe my home is my altar? Hmm something to ponder over the weekend?

Here I go once again

Ok I get bored or unhappy with something and I remove it completely from the face of the earth. So I am now on my 3rd blog. Best of luck to all who follow me, feel free to encourage me or yell at me to stay with it. I need to actually see something through.
